What a great idea! I love the way your mind works. I can 'see' all the characters, except for John Francis Daley – he looks a little naive/young, or maybe that's what you intended? Victoria looks 'hard as nails'.
On day four, Victoria Rasmussen implies that there is something going on between Joseph and Paulina. Is there something between them? Or does Victoria think this because Paulina is in on the Walsh's plan, and she and Joseph are just being secretive about that?
Yes Rasmussen is meant to appear naive – I really love the contrast between his sharp mind and unsure heart!
And yes, Rasmussen and Paulina definitely have a romantic relationship. Reader's didn't take to Paulina but what I like about her is that she is larger than life, but where Raz is concerned, she always comes back to to make things right with him, to look after him, to stand up for him.
I'm with Lesley, what's going on with Paulina and Rasmussen?
In Day 4 Victoria hints at Miss Klein's secret, then in Day 7 Rasmussen says Victoria will never let them ride off in to the sunset and Day 11 see's Paulina telling him she loves him…So Paulina and Joseph is there something going on?
Also how did Emmaline feel about staging a breakdown and did she worry it would affect her reputation long term?
Rasmussen and Paulina are a love match – an odd couple, to be sure, but their personalities complement each other. He needs her assertiveness and she needs his goundedness. I think they're going to have lots of fun as part of the team!
I love that you asked about Emmaline's reputation! It would have devestated her but for one thing – she did it as a testament to her love for Remy. You see, he was willing to put his own reputation on the line, but she insisted that she be the one to do it, and as you know, she can be quite persuasive! And because she works for such a powerful woman (that Philomena Valetta is fierce!) she knew that when everything was sorted out, her reputation would be just fine!!
This is such a clever idea! I'm so glad you did it at the end, though – it's always great to build up a picture of the characters in your own mind, and then even more fun to see if you were right or not!

I thought I could write this series and let it stand as is, but once I was finished, and read it through as a whole, I saw how much of the story never made it onto the pages, so I am sure I'll have to rectify that!!
Yes, I think so too. Such interesting characters (and their ulterior motives) to explore.
