This is the twenty-eighth of thirty entries for #BlogFlash2012.

I've chosen to link the prompts into a single story. Each episode will be 100 words or less, as per the guidelines. The prompt for each day will appear below the picture and be capitalized in the story.

The Genesis Project – Day Twenty-Eight

Remy greets him in the foyer. “Good to see you, Doc. Sincere apologies for all the subterfuge. FROGS get to eat what’s bugging them, but humans must find alternate ways to deal with nuisances.”

Rasmussen sighs. “And what was your nuisance?”

“Threat of a company takeover that would have ruined everything Emmaline and I have built over the last two years. Mind if we continue this conversation in the car on the way to the hospital?”

“I’m up for anything that will finally resolve these shenanigans.”

Remy grins. “Terrific! It’ll be my pleasure to introduce you to The Genesis Project.”

Love the word shenanigans, one of my favs. And it's so apt witha everything that has gone on; and finally all will be revealed with what or who is the Genesis project. . . . . .

I've been wondering what the Genesis Project was all about and can't wait to find out! Love the word 'shenanigans' – it's so apt for everything that's happened!
