Every news channel and AP report feeds the Emmaline Walsh breakdown frenzy but something about it just doesn’t sit right with Taggert.
He isn’t going to lose a forty-five million dollar deal to a bunch of hype and hearsay. Wakefield Systems is ripe for the picking, but without its dream team leadership intact, it’s not even a blip on the radar.
SEEING IS BELIEVING, and peering through the hospital room door, the still form of Emmaline and the somber faces gathered around her credits the news story.
So does her medical chart, when he pilfers it from the nurse’s station.

This is just great Ruth! I'm dying to know how it all pans out…what happens to Emmaline…and Rasmussen in particular?!
I don't know. . . I may have the complete wrong end of the stick . . but I don't trust what is going on . . .Emmaline is either a victim or she's in on 'it' whatever 'it' is. You have created some very devious characters Ruth xx
Could she be faking it, up the ante for financial gain? I wonder?
