The Genesis Project – Day Eighteen
Dr. Rasmussen leans against the edge of his desk. “Isn’t it about time you tell me what’s going on with Emmaline?”
Remy’s smiles. “Do we ever really know what’s going on when it comes to women? My wife is a force of nature. Your secretary is WILD AT HEART.”
“Mr. Walsh, let’s cut the crap.”
Still smiling, Remy says, “All we ask is that your evaluation is perfectly truthful.”
Rasmussen raises his voice. “What evaluation?! The two of you have managed to escape meaningful conversation for weeks!”
Remy claps him on the shoulder. “This coming week is a game-changer, Doc.”
